Energy Boosting Apple Detox Water

What’s so awesome about this drink is it is SUPER Simple to make, only two ingredients (well three if you count the water) and it takes about 5 minutes to throw together and you can reuse your apples and cinnamon stick for up to 3 DAYS! And still, reap the benefits!

Like I said previously this is a great way to get more energy without having to reach for that afternoon Diet Soda! When I gave up Diet Coke a couple years back this was the detox drink that made it all possible! I was able to successfully wean myself off and work thru my withdrawals! It wasn’t EASY at ALL – But I did it with the help of this awesome drink! 🙂

Apple Detox Water

The recipe makes one big pitcher ( I used a Gallon Pitcher) you can re-fill water 3-4 times before replacing apples and cinnamon… I did this every couple days

  • 1 Apple thinly sliced (Whatever your favorite is) — I used Fuji Apples Delicious!!!
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick

Drop apple slices in the bottom of the pitcher (save a few to drop in your glass later) and then the cinnamon stick, cover with ice about 1/2 way through then with water. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes before serving.

This is SUPER Tasty and refreshing way to Detox! You can drink this daily to help stabilize insulin levels and increase energy or optimize your results by also completing my 7 Day Detox Meal Plan!
