I love Halloween!! But sometimes, it’s hard to find yummy easy Halloween recipes that are even somewhat healthy for your kids. I wanted to come up with a fun treat that I could serve my kiddos that would be fun yet healthy! 😉 Or more healthy than other options! Moderation in all things!

You’ll want to find an Orange flavored milk to start with. I like to use TruMoo Milk is hormone-free, and its flavored milk contains NO High Fructose Corn Syrup.

Mix Sugar-Free Vanilla Pudding according to directions using 1% Milk. Once semi-set, add one can of cubed pineapple. Then layer in 6 clear 9 oz tumblers. This will give you your yellow layer.

Transfer to the fridge to set while preparing the next layer. Prepare the sugar-free vanilla pudding as directed using Orange flavored Milk – once semi-set, add a can of mandarin oranges. Add the orange layer to the top of the yellow layer and then return to the fridge to set.

Allow pudding cups to set for 10-15 minutes (if you can get your kids to wait that long). Then top with whipped cream and unsweetened coconut! Complete the white layer of your candy corn-themed Halloween pudding cups, and Enjoy!
