Keto Chocolate Lava Cake
Ingredients
- 2 TablespoonsAlmond Flour
- 4 teaspoons Unproccesed Cocoa Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Sugarless Sugar or other natural sweetner
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 Tablespoon Kerrigold Irish Grassfed Butter {Softnened}
- 1 Egg
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Prepare Ramekin by spraying with cooking spray - set aside

Mix ingredients in mixing bowl until well combined and smooth

Use spatula to spoon into prepared ramekin

Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes until set.

This is what the cake should look like when you pull it out of the oven. It is best served warm! I topped mine with a scoop of Halo Top Protein Ice Cream, but you could top with some whipped cream!

The ice cream melted on top with the ooey gooey goodness of the “lava” center had me talking out loud, with a well earned “oh my goodness” – Good thing I was home alone…
