- 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple -- Do not use canned! I will hunt you down!! Just Don't!!! ;)
- 1 Cup Filtered Water
- ½ a lime freshly squeezed
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
- Blend and Enjoy
