Strawberry Summer Salad With Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Pompeian. All opinions are 100% mine.

I LOVE a nice salad in the summer! There really is nothing better on a hot day than a nice refreshing salad! For whatever reason I have a hard time eating salads in the winter! Maybe because it’s in the negatives outside and all I want is a hot bowl of soup! Funny how our bodies are hard wired like that!

This salad is one of my favorite stand by salads… I LIVE on it in the summer! It just tastes like summer to me!

Strawberry Summer Salad With Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette

Prep Time 15 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Cups Chopped Salad -- I just buy the pre bagged blends! Just pick one you LOVE!
  • 1/2 C Chopped Strawberries
  • 1/4 C Feta
  • 1/4 C Craisens and Toasted Pumpkins Seeds

Instructions

  1. You can add grilled chicken to make it a little heartier
  2. To make the dressing I just mix 1-1 ratios of my favorite creamy poppy seed dressing to Pompeian Balsamic Vinegar and blend!!!

I LOVE the bold Flavor of Pompeian Balsamic Vinegar and it soooo yummy when added to creamy poppy seed dressing… By slimming down poppy seed dressing with Pompeian Balsamic Vinegar you save on calories and fat!! Making that dressing not so detrimental to your waistline!!

So that’s how I like #dressingitup —  with my salad!

Doesn’t that just look like a big bite of SUMMER!!!
