This time of year it can be really hard to stay on track with your health and fitness goals. It can be so easy to just say “screw it” and wait for January 1st to get back on track. But I think by using that mentality you miss an opportunity. By staying focused especially through the Holidays you get extra opportunities to learn self control and moderation. Sam’s Club understands how hard it can be to stay on track during the busy holidays! You totally need to check out their new Healthy Living Made Simple App available on iTunes for your iPhone or iPad. It is brimming with all kinds of healthy living tips and recipes! I am digging this Sweet Potato Chili recipe I found via their app. It is packed with super food goodness.
There are so many ways to make the flavors of the season healthier! Get creative! There is also another great article in the Nov/Dec issue of Healthy Living Made Simple – It discusses some great swaps you can make to not lose any flavors – just the fat and calories! Which is a win my friend!
I love going to Sam’s Club because I can stock you up on great produce at a great price and be prepared and well stocked with healthy goodies, which is half the battle. 😉 And with Sam’s Club and Healthy Living Made Simple Online Magazine and app it ‘s easy to live #SimplyHealthy!!
