What exactly is a Tabata Workout, you may be asking yourself??

The Tabata Workout AKA as a fitness miracle is loved for its unparalleled fat-torching ability and simplicity. Tabata workouts are great because you can DO them anywhere! Even in your living room and in front of your coach! A “Tabata” consists of picking an exercise and then setting a timer for 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest. Do the exercise as hard as you possibly can for 20 seconds and then rest for 10. You can mix it up by adding more sets with different exercises. Don’t be fooled – Tabata workouts are super intense and will burn some serious calories in a small amount of time. So when you don’t have a lot of space, and you want to get in a super efficient workout – Tabata workouts can be your jam!

How Tabata Workouts Work:

  • 20 Seconds full effort – work like you have never worked before
  • 10 Seconds Rest
  • Complete each of the 3 Super Sets – Twice – You can do them 2x then move on to the next set, or you may choose to do the whole thing twice.
  • Rest No More than 60 seconds between sets!
