Shake It Up Saturday!

Bananas Foster Protein Shake... Need I say more?!? So TASTY!!! You might lick the cup... just sayin'...#proteinshakes #52weeksofshakes #bananasfoster

I am a total foodie! I love to go to fancy restaurants and try all kinds of culinary works of art. One of my favorite “fancy” desserts is Bananas Foster! You just can’t beat it when they bring the party to your table to flambe the bananas in buttery caramelly goodness! Man I should not do this to myself, my mouth is watering! I might have to plan a cheat day in the near future and order up one of these bad boys! (to share of course) 😉 Til then… I whipped up my own healthy Bananas Foster Protein Shake! I gotta tell ya! I savored this one! I enjoyed every last sip of this goodness! It was quite the treat!
