
Cinnamon Roll Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 Egg whites
- 1/3 Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk - keep adding more if right "pancake" consistency is not met
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon - more if you REALLY love cinnamon
- Frosting
- 2 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 TBS Sugarless Sugar
- 2 TBS Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- a smidge of cinnamon
Instructions

For pancakes:

mix all ingredients and heat up on griddle! Should make 3 good sized pancakes

For frosting

melt cream cheese in the microwave - 70% power for 30-45 seconds,then whip in sugarless sugar, vanilla, almond milk and cinnamon!

Once pancakes are ready drizzle frosting over the top and ENJOY!
So a couple weeks back when I visited NOW Foods® I was introduced to lots of awesome products! I used two of those products in this recipe! They have an amazing Plant Based Creamy Vanilla Protein Powder it is sooo good! I am always leery when I try plant based protein powders usually I am not a fan… But I loved theirs! The nutritional profile is also VERY impressive!
The other product I NEED to introduce you to is Sugarless Sugar! It bakes up so well in recipes without that bitter aftertaste most stevia blends seems to provide! My only complaint is that the biggest size bag it comes in, is only 18 ounces…. That does not last very long at my house. It gets ate up! lol
** If you want to make up these pancakes while you’re waiting for your order to come… You can use any stevia baking blend. But trust me you are going to love sugarless sugar!
