This post is brought to you by EAS AdvantEDGE Lean15, opinions expressed are 100% my own.

The perfect light and refreshing shake, perfect for post workout – this green goddess protein shake is full of nutrient rich ingredients to help you glow!

It’s been a while since I have shared a new protein shake recipe – remember back in the day when I shared a brand spanking new protein shake recipe every week for an entire year? I kind of miss the challenge of creating a brand new flavor combo each week. It was wild to use my imagination each week as I designed and crafted protein shake recipe after protein shake recipe!

Since then I have come to find lots of fun and unique ways to use protein powder in my meals and treats

Maybe I should tackle another weekly challenge for the next year?? What do you think? A new Instant Pot Recipe, Protein-Packed Dessert, or another round of new and fun protein shake flavors?? Let me know in the comments and I’ll get to work!

But you can’t mess with a classic! So I decided since I have been making this shake for myself almost daily, now that the weather is warming up it was about time I shared it with you!

With spinach, bananas, pineapple, and lime this green goddess protein shake has a light and refreshing taste that is perfect for hydrating and replenishing your body after a workout! I have been craving it and loving it as the perfect cool down treat!

Why the name green goddess?? Because all these nutrient-rich ingredients will have you glowing, helping you to look and feel your best!

Like any other shake, this one is a cinch to throw together – grab your almond milk, spinach, frozen pineapple, 1/2 a banana, AdvantEDGE Lean15 Vanilla Cream Protein Powder, and some ice – and blend away! The banana and protein powder give a bit of creamy quality – but the lime, pineapple, and spinach keep it nice and light and super refreshing!
