Whip It Up Wednesday!
I absolutely LOVE the ease of throwing crap in my crock pot and having a tasty home cooked meal all done in the evening! It is pure genius! But trying to find HEALTHY easy crock pot meals can be rough! Most call for cans of cream soup, bricks of cream cheese, and other naughty but delightful goodies. So I decided to concoct a good for you version of one of my favorite meals. If you haven’t tried LaTortilla Factory Smart & Delicious Low Carb High Fiber Tortillas you totally should!!! They are AMAZING and for only 80 calories you get 12g of fiber and 8g of protein! With these awesome stats they make these wraps a good for you super star meal!!!
Healthy Crock Pot French Dip Wraps
1-2lbs lean roast beef deli meat (get the good stuff peeps)
1 pkt lipton onion soup mix
3 Cups Water
1/3 C Worcestershire Sauce
1 T Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 T Dried Parsley
Throw above mentioned ingredients in crock pot and let cook for at least 2-3 hours
When ready to assemble drain about 2 oz meat into 1 La Tortilla Smart & Delicious High Fiber Tortilla
add 1 Low Fat Provolone Cheese fold over edges and roll up– grill on each side in skillet until golden brown… (I just used cooking spray ) – Serve with juices from Crock Pot…. Easy Peesy and super yummy!!!
