This post is brought to you by NOW® Foods, opinions expressed are 100% my own.

Does it ever feel like someone pushed “fast forward” on your life and no matter how hard you try, you just can’t seem to find the pause button?

For the past couple weeks, I feel like I have been running non-stop.

I know I am not the only Mama out there feeling this way!

When my days are hectic and crazy I depend on a big bowl of nutrient-packed high protein oatmeal to power my days! One big bowl of warm delicious and comforting oats can fuel me all day and keep me full and focused! #Winning

During the winters I eat oatmeal pretty much every day and this recipe is one of my “go-tos” I pack it full of delicious and healthy ingredients that are super nutrient dense, helping me to not only stay full but also healthy during the winter months. Super important for us busy Moms and Dads { I know there a few of you gents stop by to visit!}

This High Protein Oatmeal recipe is one I make pretty much every day! I LOVE it! So there you have it, this is a sneak peek of what I REALLY eat every day! 😉

I am a simple girl, so I keep my breakfast simple and easy to make! The whole process takes me 10 minutes at most and I have a creamy and delicious bowl of oats!

My secret weapons for building a powerful bowl of oats!

Start with 1/2 Cup dry old fashioned oats – not the quick kind! Add I Cup water and microwave your oats for 3 and 1/2 minutes – this is the longest and most annoying part! I promise! Check Instagram, your FB feed while you wait! 😉

Once your oats are out of the microwave you can start adding the good stuff! I add 1 Tablespoon NOW® Organic Triple Omega Seed Mix, it is packed with hemp, chia, and flax seeds all healthy and plant-based sources of heart and brain healthy Omega Fats. Then I had a small dollop of all natural peanut butter, and a drizzle of honey. I mix all these ingredients together using Soy milk or an EAS Dark Chocolate AdvantEDGE premade protein shake – I use this to make the oatmeal the perfect consistency. I put the lid on the leftover and put it back in the fridge for the next day, I usually use about half.

Then I top my oats with half a banana and a drizzle of NuNaturals stevia chocolate syrup {SOOO Good!} And a sprinkle of NOW® cocoa nibs which are also rich in antioxidants, fiber, magnesium, and potassium!

And that’s it! So simple but FULL of healthy good stuff to energize and power your whole day!
