Recipe Adapted From I Heart Nap Time

Combine the following ingredients in a mixing bowl

1/2 C Soy Sauce

3/4 C Honey

1 TBS Olive Oil

1 tsp onion powder

2 cloves garlic

1-2 TBS Texas Pete Hot Sauce SriraCHA – obviously the more you use the more heat!

1 tsp Kosher salt

1/2 tsp pepper

wisk until well combined.

Put 3 Frozen Chicken Breats into a Crock Pot … Then poor mixed ingredients over frozen chicken… Then set on low to cook for 4-6 hours. It’s that easy!!! Then serve over rice or quinoa! Probably one of the easiest and tasties dishes you will EVER make!
