These are my signature go to moves that I rely on to always sneak a little bit more fitness into my day when I am doing household chores. Have fun with this, make it a game, see how much of these moves can you fit into your day!! You’ll be surprised!

  • Ankle Weights: Every lazy girl needs a good set of ankle weights! It’s a great way to tone and shape your legs while you are doing what you normally do! Go up and down the stairs, a few times and those legs will be feeling it! I wear mine all day long when I am home, and it is a fantastic way to burn some extra calories with very little extra effort. 😉

  • Leg Lifts! Leg lifts are an excellent way to tighten your bootie – take steps and lift up! Or do a couple of sets while you’re watching TV, chasing the kids around the house, or cooking dinner! Bonus points if you keep your ankle weights on!

  • Calf Raises – are the ultimate lazy girl workout! You can do them anywhere anytime. Anytime I am standing in line, brushing my teeth, getting ready – calf raises it is! Up the ante and do some single leg raises!

  • Counter Push-Ups — I love doing these while I am making dinner! They are an easy way to use your surroundings to work your upper body without weights! Add a little extra level difficulty by adding a clap between push-up – so lower down into your push up and push yourself up quickly clapping and catching yourself and slowly lowering back down into your next push-up!

  • Sofa Criss Crosses: For these, you do not even need to get off the Sofa! Just lean back on our couch try making a c shape with your core and criss-cross those legs!

  • Wall Sits: Are another great move you can do anywhere! All you need is a wall! Put your back up against a wall, feet hip-width apart and lower your bum down until your knees form a 90-degree angle. Hold your chair sit for at least 1 minute.
