And let’s face it, a trip to the magic kingdom just isn’t the same without indulging in a Dole Whip! Am I Right?!
I LOVE pineapple, especially in the summer! Nothing tastes better than a blended pineapple drink!
So here you are, folks, a Pineapple Whip Protein Shake! So light and pineappley, it’s pretty flipping’ good! Just look at all that frothy pineapple goodness!

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple — Do not use canned! I will hunt you down!! Just Don’t!!! 😉
- 1 Cup Filtered Water
- 1/2 a lime freshly squeezed
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
