This week’s shake is a dedication to my LOVE of strawberries! There nothing better than a fresh strawberry shake in the summer when strawberries are in season and seem to be everywhere! For whatever reason strawberries just seem to taste better in the summer! So this shake is jammed packed with fresh strawberries, strawberry protein powder and the secret ingredient crystal light wild energy mix in! So not only to you get your protein in, you get a nice little energy boost as well… After all the late nights, I don’t know about you but I need it!

Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop Strawberry Protein Powder
  • 1 Cup Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2-1 pkt Crystal Light Wild Strawberry Mix In --Using the whole packet made it SUPER Sweet so just add to your flavor tastes - I liked the 1/2 pkt better - but my taste testers like the whole packet - it's all personal preference. 😉
  • 8-10 Ice Cubes to desired consistency
