Sometimes a gal just needs some chocolate! That need for the melty comforting goodness that is chocolate is DANG strong! It can come calling, begging you to indulge.

And why shouldn’t you! Chocolate is ahhmazing! It is a girl’s best friend for a reason. 

When it comes to chocolate I do believe in indulging in moderation! But sometimes you want to indulge but you also want to eat healthy and stay on track. In such incidents, you can rely on me to help cook up a delicious guilt-free dessert to get you through those cravings hit without a hint of guilt! 

I have been working REALLY hard to reduce the amount of sugar I have been eating.

The struggle is real folks. 

So with reduced sugar on my mind and a need to quelch a chocolate craving, one afternoon I concocted this quick microwave cake to help squash my chocolate cravings and the results were quite tasty, like lick the ramekin to make sure you get it all, good!

And really why do double chocolate when you can do  TRIPLE chocolate! It was for sure a stroke of inspiration!

Triple Chocolate Minute Cake

Gloriously Sugar-Free Triple Chocolate Minute Cake – All the melty yummy goodness you would want!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Coconut Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Almond Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon of Sugar Substitute
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 Egg Replacement {If not Vegan -use whole egg}
  • ¼ Cup Chocolate Almond Milk
  • 1 row of dark chocolate bar -chopped

Instructions

  1. Spray Large Ramekin with cooking spray – set aside
  2. Mix all ingredients except the chocolate bar and place into the large prepared ramekin
  3. Top mix with chopped chocolate bar
  4. Microwave at 80% power for 1 minute
  5. Remove and demolish! So good when it is warm and melty!

Ladies and Gents this recipe has now become my go-to afternoon snack and I can gobble up the whole dang thing without feeling guilty! I mean look at all the yummy melty, chocolatey goodness… And with that, I may or may not be headed to the kitchen to make myself one… All this typing and editing can make a girl hungry!
