I don’t know why we haven’t watched The Nightmare Before Christmas with our kid yet! It would be right up his alley.
This is a good resource, and I hadn’t heard about it before! I think the more you talk about the issues openly, the better it is.
That is quite the list! I have not heard of some of these so appreciate you sharing. Our fav is It’s The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown–we watch it every. single. year.
The Worst Witch was my FAV as a little girl!! I wonder if it’s on Netflix…I need to see that movie!

Great adds! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for sharing, my kids love to watch Halloween movies and we do it even if it’s not Halloween.
I need to correct you on this one. Halloweentown is the first one, then comes Halloweentown 2 Kalabar’s Revenge. In my opinion, those are the only Halloweentown movies worth watching. The next two in this order are: Halloweentown High and Return To Halloweentown (The only returning actor from the previous films is Debbie Reynolds, Marnie got recast and it’s painful to watch in comparison to the other three).
Thanks for the correction!
I have to disagree…you forgot about Judith hoag (Marnie’s mother) and Joey Zimmerman (Marnie’s brother) they’re in all 4 movies.
So excited about this list!! Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for sharing this list! Will save some of these for our Halloween movie nights!
I’ve only seen two movies on that list. We have so much catching up to do around here! Thanks for the inspiration!
Oh my gosh this is so perfect! Can’t wait to scratch some off your list, my boys will LOVE this!
So many fun movie ideas, even for adults! I love HalloweenTown and Hocus Pocus the most!
