Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 a Candy Cane Crushed into a fine powder
  • 2 TBS Almond Coffee Creamer
  • a drop of peppermint extract ---BE SO CAREFUL!!! This is one way to Kill your shake fast!! Too much peppermint extract is NASTY!
  • 8-10 Ice Cubes as needed for desired consistency
  • Blend and Enjoy!
