  • 15 oz cannelloni beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 garlic glove
  • 1/3 cupextra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 fresh parsley
  • 2 TBS fresh lemon juice
  • kosher salt and fresh ground pepper to taste


  1. Combine beans, garlic, parsley, lemon, salt and pepper in Blendtec Twister Jar -- gradually add olive oil until mixture is creamy... Trust me this one is a keeper!
  2. Serve with Pita Chips or Fresh Vegetables
