Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Dry Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 Container Silk Strawberry Dairy Free Yogurt
  • 1/2 a banana chopped
  • a little honey to taste
