Savory Garlic Broccoli Salad

The perfect light and fresh salad for summer! Filled with zesty garlic, and seasonings to help bring boring broccoli to life!

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1-2 bunches broccoli depending on the size of the bunch
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 TBS dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Mince garlic, then add salt, olive oil, vinegar, and mustard to make dressing and pour over broccoli and let sit at least 2-3 hours. (this can be made the night before) add Parmesan cheese when ready to serve
