Preheat oven to 375
Whisk together eggs, olive oil, and water in a small bowl set aside
In a large bowl combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, stevia, oregano, and red pepper flakes, and stir to blend.
Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring to form sticky dogh
Coat a half sheet pan with olive oil spray, Smooth the dough into an 8x16 rectangle. Bake 20-25 minutes, until golden and crispy around the edges. Allow toast to cool, about 20 minutes
While dough is cooling, prepare the avocados: Place the avocados in a large bowl with the lemon juice and seasoning salt, and mash well. Cut the toast into eight squares and top with avocado. Serve immediately!
